Terms of this Agreement On requesting information from and being allowed access to "Specialty-Retailing.com" ("the Site") of Retail Merchandising, you enter into the Specialty-Retailing.com User Agreement on the terms and conditions set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term. Either party can terminate for any reason at any time. If we terminate this Agreement, we will E-mail you at the address you provide on registration, if applicable, and you will be deemed to have received it within one hour of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time, so the assigned User Name and Password, if applicable, will no longer provide access to the Site. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your E-mail address. Copyright Unless otherwise stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented on the Site, including graphical images, is owned by the copyright owner noted on each page. Limited Permission to Copy You are permitted to print or download extracts from these pages for your personal use only. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use. Material Submitted by Users Certain elements of the Site may contain material submitted by users. We accept no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such material. Advertising Material Part of the Site may contain advertising material submitted to Specialty-Retailing.com by third parties. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with international, national and state laws. Specialty-Retailing.com is not responsible for any error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material, and reserves the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted for insertion. Acceptance of advertisement on the Site will be subject to terms and conditions. Data Protection  Specialty-Retailing.com may send information and offers of products and services to you from time to time, unless you have indicated on the registration form that you do not wish to receive such material.  Force Majeure Specialty-Retailing.com shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the site irrespective of the cause. California Law This agreement shall be subject to the laws of the state of California and laws of the United States of America. California courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
